Standard Support

Standard Support means that we will start working on the support ticket within 72 hours, Monday to Friday on non-holiday days. It does not mean that the support ticket will be solved within this time, this depends on the type of problem. Usually we solve our support cases soon after we have received them, but it’s really up to what kind of support is needed.

Depending on what service has been chosen during signup (Standard, Silver, Gold or Platinum), the private cloud will be configured with the support selected. When the users under a certain domain contact our support, they will go into the right queue to get the purchased support right away.
